Weekday Daytime: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm – $178.03/hr + HST
Weekday Evening : 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm – $392.32/hr + HST
Weekends: 6:00 am – 11:00 pm – $392.32/hr + HST
Late Night: 11:00 pm – 12:00 am – $226.19/hr + HST
